A Custom Recipe is a Recipe our creators build around your product and your brand, on request. Once ready, it is yours to reuse like any other. No monthly cap on requests — each one composed, lit and tested with your actual products before you see it.
Custom Brand Models
On request, our creators design one or more models for your brand’s world — a cast made for your brand, reused across your compatible productions. A creative service delivered by our creators as part of your Enterprise setup, then used on the Recipes built around a model, like the standard cast.

Questions
- Why Enterprise, and not just Ultra?
- Ultra is the software, self-serve: the Recipe catalog, the standard cast and a monthly allowance of Custom Recipe requests, run by you on a fixed credit allowance. Enterprise is built around you — Custom Recipes without a monthly cap and Custom Brand Models, made by our creators for your brand; a Dedicated Account Manager and an SLA in your contract; and a credit volume sized to your catalog. If Ultra already covers you, we will say so.
- What is a Custom Brand Model?
- A model our creators design for your brand’s world, on request, as part of your Enterprise setup — one, or a small cast — and add to your productions on the Recipes built around a model. It is a creative service, not a button in the app. Instead of picking from the standard cast, your catalog is worn by people who look like your brand, collection after collection.
- How is it priced?
- On the volume you actually need. Tell us how many products and how many visuals per product per cycle, and we size the credit allowance to it. There is no public price for this plan.
- Do you produce the visuals for us?
- Our creators build what your brand needs — the Recipes and the models — and test them with your products. Your team runs them, as often as it likes. We do not operate your account or publish to your store for you.
- How do we start?
- Write to us with your catalog size, your categories and what you need to produce. We look at the volume and the Recipes that fit, and the SLA is agreed with the rest of the contract.
